Marc Bastien
Owner, Registered Physiotherapist
Marc Bastien moved to Ottawa from a small, francophone community near Sudbury, Ontario. He has gained valuable experience working with high-level athletes as well as many patients from neurological, cardiac, and orthopaedic rehab settings. Marc has a keen interest in concussion management. He is continually learning new ways to help you and takes pride in offering you simple and applicable strategies to help you achieve your goals.

Joey Gour
Rehab Coach & Kinesiologist
Joey is a bilingual registered kinesiologist with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. He has gained experience working with a variety of clients, from high level athletes to the everyday gym goer looking to be in better health and works to get his clients more functional, whether to rehab an injury, be healthier or help athletes improve their performance. Joey believes that movement is medicine and strongly advocates that a proper plan built around movement will help get you back to doing your regular activities.

Eric Bergeron
Registered Physiotherapist
Eric developed his passion for health by playing competitive hockey as well as riding in motocross races in the region of Clarence-Rockland. He obtained his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa following his Bachelor of Science degree with specialization in Human Kinetics. He has enjoyed his experience working with a variety of different patients in a private clinic, ranging from the young athlete, the avid runner and the individual simply trying to understand why their back is hurting. Eric has an interest in sports in general and physical activity. He enjoys taking time with his patients to educate and apply his knowledge and experience in manual therapy, McKenzie method (MDT) as well as Acupuncture and Dry Needling with the goal of getting them to return to the things they love.
Ann Martin
Patient Experience Manager
From a small village in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, Ann has stretched her goals by living in Canada, the U.S.A, and Mexico. Speaking three languages, her thirsty entrepreneurial spirit has led her in the business management field for 20 years. Passionate in pleasing those who surround her has been key in providing outstanding customer service. Ann is very proud to be part of the Bastien Physio team and the Bourget community! In her spare time, you can find Ann spending time with her husband and three boys in nature, making specialty cakes, and planning events.
Jessica Patry
Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica is an Algonquin College graduate, Registered Massage Therapist from Bourget. She believes in creating personalized treatment plans, to reach your desired results. She has gained experience throughout her studies working with various types of clientele such as chronic pain and various injuries, but she is particularly passionate about prenatal and postnatal massage. During her spare time Jessica enjoy’s nature walks, kayaking and reading.
Luc Charlebois
Rehab Coach
Luc’s background is in construction and martial arts, but he has always been passionate about physiological and psychological development of all kinds. That’s why he switched careers and entered into health and fitness; to push himself and others in reaching for their potential. He is grateful to be a part of the Bastien Physiotherapy team and is looking forward to accompanying and assisting you along your physiotherapy treatment plan.
Zacharie Beaulne-Séguin
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Growing up in eastern Ottawa, Zacharie’s love for sports began at a young age. Snowboarding, soccer, rugby, volleyball, golf… they all nourished his interest in physical activity and nourished his passion of the human body’s biomecanics. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, Zacharie began a Master’s degree in research working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease. After a year of research, he realised that a more hands-on approach better suited his interest in helping others and proceeded to pursue his degree in manual practice of osteopathy. As a graduate from the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal (CEO), his goal is to provide a service that promotes mobility, strength and health to help you reach your goals, whether related to rehabilitation, performance or well-being.
Noémie Beauregard
Registered Dietitian
Noémie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Nutrition with a research focus on energy metabolism, physiology, and sports nutrition. Passionate about sharing reliable nutritional
knowledge to empower individuals to achieve healthier lives, she brings a unique blend of scientific evidence and practical insight to her practice.
Noémie grew up playing competitive ringette and is a competitive distance runner, competing for the uOttawa track and field and cross-country team. She integrates her experience in athletics with her expertise in nutrition. Whether collaborating with athletes or individuals navigating specific health concerns, she is ready to provide individualized guidance and support through evidence-based nutritional strategies.
